• The purpose of The Campaign to Delegitimize Israel is to turn Israel into a pariah state – questioning its very right to exist as a Jewish state and defend itself.

• This is a well-funded worldwide campaign headquartered in major cities.

• This campaign uses social medial and modern tools to reach mass audiences. We must take action now! The demonization and delegitimization of Israel provides the ground for the development of anti-Semitism, and unless we can counter this campaign with education and facts than it will make it more difficult for people of good will to support Israel.

‘Young Lion’ Program Pairs B’nai Mitzvah Students with Holocaust Survivors

Each year, the Jewish Volunteer Center (JVC) of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation provides dozens of opportunities for members of our community to get together and make a difference. This year, the JVC has partnered with the Holocaust Memorial of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation for a remarkable program with the Young Lions of Judah — a youth Jewish-philanthropy program of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation — including pairing more than two dozen B’nai Mitzvah students with Holocaust survivors who never got the chance to become a B’nai Mitzvah.
